2910 cordless cuts off

I have a user of a new Avaya 2910 cordless phone complaining that the phone beeps and then drops the call in progress. Only one user has complained, other users in the same location have not had the problem. I'm beginning to lean towards the possibility of it being some type of user problem, but wanted to check to see if anyone has experienced this type of trouble with the 2910.
 
My mistake. I should have listed it as 3910 cordless phone on a Partner system. Sorry for any confusion.
 
When those phones first came out, I had a few that had connectivity problems. I noticed that the base units RJ45 plug wasn't letting the provided line cord (rj11) to sit properly. I replaced the cord with one with RJ45's and the issue went away. Might be something to check.
 
That is exactly the kind of info I was looking for! Thanks for the tip. I'll probably try this tomorrow.
