I picked one of these up for my home networking project, but it seems to be worthless at the moment. I have set all the ports to 100mb/s on telnet but when i attempt to transfer files form my laptop to my pc, it goes less than 100kb/s. I have tried chaning almost every setting i can think of and yet it still crawls along. Any ideas would be great because i really dont want to go out and buy a 16 port switch
