2621 Router as a firewall using ACL

Is this a good fire wall? Is there a way to log the traffic it is passing and blocking using ACL?

Depends on what kind of IOS image you have. I have adventerprise 12.4 myself on a 2620 XM, but a regular 2620 won't hold that image. But this router definitely is a very excellent choice as a front-end firewall router.

I have a 2621 with 2 fastethernet ports and 1 serial. Is c2600-advsecurityk9-mz.124-7c.bin the right code lvl for the security firewall you are referring to.

That looks like ip base code, which is pretty basic---can't do too much with it...acls', and that's about it. Is this for home, business?
