2616 Display ? ?

We have a 2616 phone that show the date and time on the
display. However it does not show the name of the incoming
call. How do I check to see if that feature is enabled?
Also if it is disabled what load turns that feature back
on?

cls tdd instead of add gives you tandem display, much cleaner and you may want cdca nama as well
