2611 load balancing

I am setting up a Cisco 2611 to load balance two t1 lines
Here is my config

T1 #1 216.23.xxx.xxx
T1 #2 66.49.xxx.xxx

Statics 209.50.xxx.xxx

Ethernet 0/0 209.50.xxx.xx

What do I need to do accomplish this task --

I would say two static routes to your destination network via each link of equal costs.
