2610 out of memory 2

hi. i got a 2610 and a 3640 off of ebay for some lab work (i am wondering whether to learn CCNA) and i am having trouble doing a password reset.

following this guide:

I get this with all the modules in (Serial, ADSL and FE)

and when i take all the modules out.

router has 32M of upper memory so i am guessing that i shouldnt have much of a problem with running out of memory?

Hello
Your IOS install need more memory to run it.Maybe the guy before he sold it,to you did a memory down-grade or IOS upgrade.You will have to add memory or change the IOS to a lower version.
Please post a "dir flash:" so as to verify.

Yes!!You wil need at less 48MB to run that image.So take one of the above choices.You should be able to find a 12.0 or 12.1 IOS googling.

i have a list of IOS which i can downlod. which would be suitable?

* c2600-i-mz.120-8
* c2600-js56i-mz.120-8.bin
* c2600-js-mz.121-5_T.bin
* c2600-is-mz.121-3a.T4.bin

( i am guessing that an ios with 122 in it is version 12.2 and not included)
