2600 won't fully boot?

Hi Everyone,
The 2620 powers on, but won;'t come to a prompt
This is a "play time" router... not production.

I am wondering about these two lines:
1. *Mar 1 00:02:51: %AAAA-3-DROPACCT: accounting record dropped: system-start
2. [OK]Invalid encrypted password: 10

any ideas what, how, or why?
