Folks, I know I've seen this before but I can't remember (it's an old phone guy problem). When I try to enter MB 257 I get this 257>395. Ext/MB 395 does not exist and the stations assigned to the Startalk Flash are 266 & 267. The caller also gets "can't continue" on their phones's LCD and the call is dropped. 257 is not call forwarded either. What is this ole guy missing please?

Check Fwd No Answer also the B2 channels of 266 and 267 mite be 395 and 396 you can not call them directly.Only the pilot DN for VM - 266.

And where are you getting this?

Well sir, thanks! I checked the ports via DN's yesterday but I found the problem this morning....one of the mailbox users thought she could set up her own calling pattern in CCR.....turns out, it only confused the system when people calling in tried to use the "Path" she developed. All is well now and her boss has had a discussion with her. Don't think it'll happen again!

Again...thanks!
