I have just installed RH6.2 on a new machine, and the system only recognises 64 megs of RAM... This is a dual-boot box, and it works fine in Win98, and registers 256 megs of RAM

What do I have to do to allow Linux to use 256 Megs of RAM??

Thanks

Tell lilo "mem=256" in lilo.conf file. That should fix it.
Jon Zimmer
b0rg@pcgeek.net
<a href= Aetea Information Technology
The software required `Windows 95 or better', so I installed Linux.
TheRat you wouldnt happen to be using the WinLinux thing, tht lets you install the linux distro on the FAt32 Partition.
Karl
kb244@kb244.8m.com
<a href=
Experienced in : C++(both VC++ and Borland),VB1(dos) thru VB6, Delphi 3 pro, HTML, Visual InterDev 6(ASP(WebProgramming/Vbscript)
