25402 Events every 1 Minute

Hello,

I am receiving 25402 events on my MOM 2005 Management Server exactly every one minute. Apparently it's a WMI query, because it's coming from the Event Rule "WMI Provider - A WMI rule failed" under the "Agents on All MOM Roles" node. I don't know what script is kicking this off, or why this event is being generated.

Any help would deserve a nice purple star, and an induction into the Hall of Fame!
