This is my secondary backup of photos/videos; .avi, .crw,.tiff,.jpg, and .pdd, from my windows xp home edition. The drive is still recognized by windows, but every time I try to access it, it gives me that error. Is this a partition problem, or just a corrupted disk problem? I would just format the drive if I was sure that every photo is on the backup drive, so I need to recover to ck.I have tried TestDisk, Find and Mount partition builder, and Rescue Pro without much success.
Appreciate any input.
Regards,
