Is there a good source for custom made stickey back labels for the 2500 sets, i.e. a software program like Desi that I can make a Custom Label, with the Information and or artwork I want then print it and then stick it on the phone I would use Desi but I'm told they aren't stickey back,

Why would you wan to use a sticky label?
If you need to change it, they would become a pain.

You could buy a simple lable printer that attaches to your computer. I use the Brother P-Touch Pro, I can add different colors of tape and print in any color. These lables are plastic and peel off the phones without leaving residue so whenever I need to change a label it's not a problem. Their software program allows me to change the font, the label size and add graphics.

I agree with Bobg1, don't put paper labels on the phones that would be a nightmare.

I don't like the sticky stuff either. I make all my desi's in Excel. I have have spent many a wonderful hour making them for old AT&T digital sets (74xx). The newer 84xx and 64xx sets are mcuh easier. I have a quite a catalog of labels saved for each user. If there is a change to feature buttons I just redo the label and email it, and tell the the user that it's their arts and crafts project for the day to cut it out.
Labels for a 2500 set would, of course, be very simple.

If it is really a 2500 set, and you're trying to make something like a Hotel/Motel custom face plate, you can get clear faceplates and put your printed mat underneath the flaceplate. There are custom printers out there that specialize in hotel/motel sets.

Well, I do like the product, but I think, I'm going to try the Desi label with a Clear faceplate,(from Graybar) I found, the Desi Label is 80 lb paper which is fairly stiff, as these phones get used quite a Bit, the clear cover will protect it from "Joe Doodler"
I'm just wondering though with the overtechinc product I saw lots of other Sets but not anything 2500, these are Plain 2500 Desk Sets no special Message waiting led's this is somewhat of a hotel/motel application as it will say dial 201 for this dial 202 for that, Etc
