250 Unread Voicemails

Hello.

I have a user who has never listened to his voicemails from his extension. He gets a copy emailed to him through IP Office so he's never had the need. Is there a quick way to delete them without going through every one of them on the phone?

You can connect a DTE lead and delete them that way.... if they have embedded, if they have VM Pro just delete the accounts folder in his name. Then do yourself a favour and change his setting to forward as oppose to copy. BTW there was a bug around R6/6.1 that would show 250 messages against a user but it was bolloc*s

No, sorry that was a 65,000 message bug....some difference

I went into Phone Manager and deleted from there. I took your good advice and changed the setting to Forward.
