25.40 upgrade to succession 3.0 2

Nortel is running a promotion to get a "free" upgrade from Release 25.40 on my Option 81c to Sussecion 3.0. Can you guys tell me what the benefits of this upgrade are?

your not going to see a lot of user feature benifits but the upgrade is a must if your staying with nortel and plan to grow or stay up with tech.. voip is the biggest plus you could have it on 25.40 but now it works. you don't want to stay on a platform that is nearing end of life, for support reasons for no other reasons

Nortel also plans to make free upgrades available in the future, unless you are more than one version behind. In that case, they will expect large sums of money, and body parts as well. Not a bad reason to stay current ;-) JK
