I need to have another DID number ring on a 2420 that has send all call to another Ext. My CEO has his station setup to send all calls to his secretary. He would like to have another line for incomming calls from special people (his wife) to ring at his station. Can someone help me with this problem, if there is a way to make this happen. I have setup a brigded-appr but will not ring at his station.

Check page 2 of the station form and make sure bridged call alerting is set to y. You can also set per button ring control so it rings different. I setup my CEO exactly the same way.
