2420 Name Change

Hi all! Could someone please tell me how to change the name that appears next to the station number on the receptionist's phone when that station calls? They both are 2420 sets. For instance, I changed the name on 2050 to OPEN, but whenever station 2050 calls 2047 (receptionist), the name still shows JANE DOE.

What you did sounds right. I would try removing and then rebuilding the station next.
