2410 telephone Error message 2

I have a 2410 telephone with the error message: PHONE FEATURES NOT AVAILABLE and DOWNLOAD DENIED (01).
Has anyone seen this error message and is there a way to reset the telephone?

I got a few times on a batch of new phones. I just sent them back for replacement.
