2410 Log History

Hi Can any one help i have a Mvexpress with a g650 running dcp card on the 2410 history log when you miss a call the system does not insert a 9 in front of the number so you cannot call it back from the screen

Any one no where to change this ?

phones are on version 2 software

i read it somewhere

i believe you have to pick up the handset and then dial a 9 and then press the button to dial the number in the log
