2400ipx bri card

Hi we are having probs with our new 2400ipx, our polycom videoconference machines wont dial out, incoming is ok. The NEC tech said that the BRI cards in the 2400 onlu use TPH1962 protocol not ETSI.....

any thoughts?????

The BRI stations use NI1 protocol. ETSI is Europe and Australia.
