2400 Soft Keys

Anyone know why series E phones would have different soft keys on a 2400 ImX? This system was upgraded from an ICS and has different 16ELC(x) cards. I haven't checked all lens on the different cards to see if all the phones on those cards have the same soft keys, but I know that the ones with different soft keys are on different cards. I did check the soft key programming and I know that all phones are using the default pattern. Any help appreciated.

I think you will find the phones with the default pattern are on 16ELCH or older cards and the other phones are on 16ELCJ or newer cards. The phones on the newer cards will need pattern built to match your needs and assigned.
