Can anyone send me a copy of system message 33-S. I've had this alarm on my switch and dont have the manual to break it down, If better is there a website where I can view the manual online?

33 S is an IP Package failure. Either for IP trunks or the IP PAD card. Additional information on the alarm list out will tell you the location of the card and the reason for the fault.

Thanks for the link OzzieGeorge.

I got the alarm message but what the problem is is that we have all IP cards in PIMs 020-021XXX and my alarm is giving me MG 0 Unit 0 Group 18 no level, It doesnt make sense since there are no IP Stations in this slot. As far IP stations go they are all programmed in the virtual PIM 030XXX-033XXX. I got so frustrated with the alarm I removed the ELC card that was programmed in that slot to see if that would clear up the alarm, but no luck.
