question if the dterm second, third appearance is other phone in the office, then the call go to them ( if only on that handset YES issue. The only way I can think of is not have any fwd on that handset. That is ok for buttons not having an appearance but disabling the *3 fwd may be a problem for you.
If it is acd/ucd then I see an issue.
