2400 ips acd

i have my operators in an acd gp. whats the best way to send 0 calls to a different number when no one is logged in?...thanks

I think you'll find, the last person can't log out! (could be mistaken though, it's a long time since I tried it)!
 
I am thinking this is ACD on a 2400 per the title of the post if not my apologies for pointing someone in the wrong direction. If it is and 0 is a monitored/pilot number for the ACD then it is pointed to a CCV and you enter an if not que'd statement it takes over when no agents are logged in. Done this many times.
 
I can see what you are thinking but the IPS points to a small system the big version is an IPX. Perhaps the OP can clarify!
 
2400 ipx looking for a clean way to get the calls to the night answer location
