2400 IMX Music on hold

We have a 2400IMX R9 that has some hum on the music on hold. I have disconnected cabling to the backplane for the alarm cable and the hum still exists. Is the PC40 hot swappable or can the card be changed without risk of the PBX being taken offline?

Check your grounding first.
The PC40 is tricky. If you have redundant CPU's you must be running on CPU 0. Make sure you have a good back up of the database. Then schedule it for off hours. It is possible for the PBX to reset when you take out the PC40.
