I just deleted the trunks from my T-1 card to use just a 16 port COTB analog C.O. card I just installed.I set my trunks up on the LENS,routes and trunks on the COTB card.I went to ACSA to Directly terminate my trunks to a pilot of a hunt group, but when I dial the trunk it never terminates to my pilot of the hunt group..thanks for the help

Be sure to check ACFR.

ACFR - Designate the type of incoming Call Class Indexes (CCI) that require a Transfer Service Feature Index (TSFI) = 3, DIRECT-IN TERMINATION. The type of CCI must match
CDN 6 of the DIT route.

Also check ARSC fort he new route

ARSC - The DIT target station receiving the call must be assigned a Route Restriction Class(RSC), allowing the station to be connected to the trunk. The DIT route must be allowed via Route Restriction Indexes (RRI) 0 & 1.

Yes it is allowed in ARSC.When I look at DCONX to see what happens on an incoming call in trunk 1,it never displays anything. But I can see my outbound connections.

Yes I do have it ACFR to allow DIT. My settings are:

TSFI: 3
CCI: 1
RES: 1

Can you give me a set up for ARTD using the COTB card for DIT?

thanks again..

I went into ARTK and set up some 903 trunks...now when I look at DCONX I see my trunk connecting to the 903 trunk but never DIT's to my pilot number...

Thanks grh959 for the help,I have ARTD set for that in route 1 but its still not going to the pilot extension..

IS THERE ANYBODY THAT CAN GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTIONS??
I'M KINDA BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE RIGHT NOW..MY CUSTOMERS SWITCH HAS BEEN DOWN ALL DAY.....THANKS AGAIN

One last thing,

Did you unbusy the trunk with MBTK. Been bit by that one!!!!

Yup,thats the next thing I do when I assign a trunk.Plus I would see the LED flashing on the card if it was in a make busy state..

Shouldn't matter. Is the RSC for the virtual ext set right?

The pilot and what they hunt to are virtuals.Like I said, when I do a DCONX(DYNAMIC CALL TRACER) all I see showing up on the screen is RT 1 TK 2..and it never connects to nothing...but when I make an outbound call on that trunk,it shows the station number conected to the trunk and works like a champ...

LOL...I found I had a bigger problem grh959.I thought have been having issues with my MAT terminal.Turns out the HD drive is bad.I did a hard reboot on the cpu and it did not load back(yes my load key was in right position). So I went to reload the software to the switch(per NEC loading procedures). And it would initialize the cpu,but when it tried to format the hardrive I got a big ole "E" for error on the Alarm card instead of a "F" for format.Got a new cpu and drive coming tomorrow.Good thing I did a backup..And I want to thank you grh959 and others for sticking with me on this issue.....thanks again and I will be sending a nice donation soon
