2400 ICS T-1 signaling

Hello all...I have a 2400 ICS with a 24DTR card for a T-1.The local carrier is wanting me to change my incoming signaling from loop start to wink start.I know you go into ARTD and change ICSG to wink.But where do I go to change my incoming register's to wink?...Thanks for your help..

OSGS 7
ONSG 3
ISGS 3
INSG 3
TF 3
TCL 1
LT 1
RLP 2
TQ 1
AC 1
LSG 5
TL 1
ANS 1
Set up route data like this, most of these rea probably set this way, LSG is the important one.

Meanwhile... Isn't loop and wink a "pseudo" thing on a T1 to begin with? I mean, it obviously doesn't REALLY loop the channel.....
