Every inbound SMTP conversation on my exchange server ends in a 240 status. Is this normal? I know 2.x.x status codes indicate 'Success' generally... but 2.4.0 indicates 'Other or undefined network or routing status'. I thought the 250 was the normal result for the QUIT command.

240 status on EVERY message

Well, because his example ends the same way, with a 240 status, I suppose it is normal. However I don't know why a 240, "Other or undefined network or routing status", would be a good end. Sounds like an error to me. Thanks though, I at least know to not worry.
