24-port patch panel help

Hello,
We are in need of someone who can give us a blueprint to cross connect the 25-pair amphenol Definity PBX cable to 24-port Cat5 patch panels (110 style punch down)
We are looking to cross connect TN2224, TN2181, TN754C, TN793, TN746B and TN742 circuit packs.
We have everything programmed but need the ports live on the patch panels.

MTCInc Basically it is straight through for all the one pair (2 wire) packs. You will have to get creative for the two pair (4 wire) packs.

The wiring scheme Kevin gave you should help with them.
