24-hour countdown after server rebuild

I've rebuilt a server using the mksysb of another.

All seems to have gone OK apart from the fact I have a constant 24 hour countdown going on which I think is going to reboot the server (can't be sure as we've just had a bank holiday weekend in the UK)

This countdown constantly outputs to the console

Any ideas ?

Assuming you rebuilt the server before the weekend, does uptime show you how long the server has been up?

It's just rebooted
I think its to with Tivoli and lost communications now.
I just logged on and got the message "ANS1029E lost communication......"
So I'm gonna stop the Tivoli client and see what happens
