Hi,

Can someone tell me what heatsink & fan
to use with my Intel Pentium 233MHz MMX
Socket 7 processor ?
Or at least give me some links to sites
that sell CPU coolers, preferbly in the UK

The Socket 7 PII didn't need a fan although some system manufactures did fit them.
Because of the way heatsink and fans have got bigger Practically any entry level unit will do and still be overkill for a PII 233. Martin

a P1 233MMX not a PII

Some Socket 370 and any Socket7, Super Socket7 heatsink and fan will work.
Beware of oversized heatsinks. Make sure that it will clear all the surrounding components.
