Hi,

We have Oracle 9ias (I'm a network guy) I believe and I am seeing tons of multicasts from one host (about 27% of all traffic). There are two of these servers and at some point were configured for RAC or some kind of clustering. I did a quick search at the Oracle site and found that the address was some kind of keep-alive between clustered nodes. Is this amount of traffic necessary? Is the cluster broken?
