HOW I CAN DISABLE EXTERNAL CALLS FROM OPERATOR CONSOLES?, I HAVE CHANGE NCOS EN LD 15 BUT I CAN'T GET DISABLE, ANYBODY TELL ME. THANKS.

You can not restrict M2250 console by this way. Only by using NARS/BARS feature you can do this. The NCOS set in LD 15 only works for NARS/BARS.

The other work around of this problem is Pretranslation. Restict the dialing code in the pretranslation list so that access code can not be dialed from console.

ok thanks but how i do it i don't have so much experience with this, can you assist me?

i have ncos 1 to my calls external and seem that my consoles are links with this ncos.
