2250 console question

Hi,

Is it possible to program our 2250 console ring through to a different office that we have tie trunks with? When we do a fire drill the receptionist has to leave like everyone else and when she unplugs her headset it goes into night mode.

The other office also has a 2250 console but is in a different DID range.

2 features are possible :

1- Night number could be the opposite PBX through your TIE line

2- NAS feature can be implemented on both side. Refer to NTP for details.

if you use a maxp 1 acd

that's a clean redirect of the nit dn to a remote number. the ncos of the trunk will have to be high enough to make that call... if the second switch had a dsc from that site, that dsc may be used as the nit_data
