2250 Console Incomming Calls!

I have a 2250 console and defined the overflow dn and if operator gets up from desk and rings several times it will go to a vocie menu. If the operator is on a call and callwaiting of another call comes in will not roll to menu . Continues to ring ? I want to go to the menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!
 
CALLS THAT CAN BE REROUTED TO THE OVERFLOW DN ARE TRUNK CALLS, INTERNAL CALLS AND CALL FORWARD BUSY, OR CALL FORWARD NO ANSWER CALLS DIRECTED TO THE CONSOLE.
CALLS THAT CAN'T BE REROUTED ARE TRANSFER CALLS, INTERCEPT CALLS, PARKED CALLS, AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL RECALLS, AND ATTENDANT INTERPOSITION CALLS.THESE CALLS MUST BE ANSWERED BY THE CONSOLE.

You probably have the AADN set in LD 12 for the console - this will send calls that are ringing to a loop key. To also send calls waiting in que use the AODN with the AQTT timer programmed in LD 15 under ATT
