2250 Console Error

I have a 2250 console on a CS1000M 7.5 PBX
This morning, the operator answered a call but then could not release it. It remained in BUSY mode.
I disabled and enabled the TN's
I removed the cable and reconnected it.
When I did this, all keys lit up and the display read "failure code 0eh"

Anyone have this happen?

Fixed it. The error code was for sticky keys in column E.
It is working. now
