2250 cannot release from night mode

[Refire]

problem: 2250 will not come out of night mode after
power failure. Rings to vmail AA Message
ACDN 4300 goes to AA message immediately
ncfw is 3560
console shows Idle,night mode is off
changed console
disabled ,reenabled

only way to temp. fix was to take out of ncfw in ld 23


solution?

might have lost a tn, out it and change the tn, or just swap the card

forgot to say I swapped out the card also but didn/t help

if you swapped the tn, then your on a different port. i would try a ini if that fails, sounds like a patch or corruption.. i seldom suggest an ini, but you've tried all the normal steps.. quick thought, print a rdb, the idc prompt will tell you if the switch see's day or night mode.
