2250 BLF

Hello,
I have a customer with an Enhanced BLF module hooked to a 2250 console.
I have this configured as Enhanced.
The receptionist can press a loop key, dial 4, for the 400 - 499 extensions, and the BLF displays them.
The problem I am having is when someone goes off-hook on extension 400, or any for that matter, the BLF display will not change to show the extension is busy.
I have gone over programming three times already, but the problem still persists.
Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!!

because your using that for more then a single number field... after she dials the 4 it should show numbers busy for that number group.. that is an after market add on and i never really cared for them.. they work but for more the 100 stations they don't really save time.. and with mail on almost every station operators transfer calls to buy users
