2216 phone set & CS55 wireless headset 3

2216 phone set & The Plantronics CS55 wireless headset

We are having probelms with this set up .
1. trying to answer key 0 ACD it logs agent off
2. able to answer line 3 with CLS IRA OLA LPK 5
by pressing twice

any sugestions how i get this combo to work ?

I think the OLA is what's causing trouble. OLA and IRA are going to fight each other.

Try changing your HOML setting in the ACD itself. With the wireless headset it may be detecting that the headset is disconnected and hanging you up. Changing HOML will stop that.

I read the post about updating what solutions I found here
and updating the orginal post .

This is what i tried to resolve the issue with 2216 phone set & The Plantronics CS55 wireless headset ( today )

Sorry -takes time to make changes to an agents phone. Since I have schedule to -de-aquire -prt - out - rebuild -

Suggestions:
1.GHROUT : Try CLS OLD IRA -I think the OLA is what's causing trouble. OLA and IRA are going to fight each other

2. TRVIR : Try changing your HOML setting in the ACD itself.

suggestions kind of worked - Customer said when he pressed his headset twice the calls came through. but it did not ring -buzzed -he wanted it to ring .

After researching this site - I found a suggestion to -
add the cls rngb fita
chg ftr dba

The combo worked and customer happy
