BCM setup as dhcp svr for all connected devices. 1140s get IP from BCM. 2211s don't. Only come up if tech puts in a static IP. Is he missing something? Tech configured aruba controller and 2245 unit.

Just checking - is the DHCP scope big enough?

What error message shows up on the handset (i think there are about 7-8 dhcp related errors)
Is the wireless controller configured for DHCP relay

I think it initially came up w/ "unable to renew IP address" then "no dhcp svr found." BCM is handing out ips x.x.x.100 up to .254. We reserved .20-.25 fore the wireless sets.

Not sure about the controller as another tech dealt that.
