Hello,
I have a user with a problem that is casuing me some head scratching! The user is using software programmed in Visual Basic. Ine if the features on the software is emailing over a quote (it is an insurance quotation CD) to their Clients. This email has the quotation attached to the email and is exported using Crystal Reports. However, this user keeps getting errors.
On the error log it says....

Error Number: -2147190908
Description: Failed to export the report

Does anyone maybe have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

I tried it and it came up with 5 matches. One of them will most probably be related to your problem.

I had similar problem: can't export report to .rtf file.
You have to check .dll registration.
