I just passed the 70-218 and am 1 step from my mcsa. My question is which test would be better to take the 214 or the 216. I am going to continue to the mcse but both will count towards that. Is one topic easier per say than the other are they both close to the same. I will eventually be taking both I just need to decide the order.

216 is commonly known as "the beast"...

If you are going for MCSE then I recommend 216 as its part of the core, but it is a beast as JTB so eloquently stated. If you can get a hold on that one, you'll be in fine shape for the remaining tests. Besides, its a great precursor for 218 (which is much easier). 218 will give you MCSA and count toward MCSE as well.
