Line 3 of Partner ACS R5 should cover to mailbox 11.

#310 Ext 11 = 1 assigned
#208 L 03 = Data 11
# 206 Group 7 = L 03 + 2 Not assigned

Get ring no answer when calling - Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Actually, #208 will overide #206, which also requires you to assign line ownership within the Voice Mail (not possible if it is a PC Card Mail - Upstate didn't say what the VM is.)

Is the line assigned and Ringing at Ext. 11?

Tommy,
You can assign Line Coverage using the PC mail. Just don't assign it to the VMS in 206. And give 11 auto VMS coverage. Then if line 3 isn't answered it will go to 11's mail box. They will need to assign ringing for line 3 to extension 11.
