207 Memory

Hi, I have just built a Server DL 380 Server, I have installed an additonal processor. However when booting the machine up I get the error 207 - Invalid memory detected - System Halted !

I did the usual googling but it didnt give me many clues. Any help would be great

What Generation of DL380 is it and what type of memory is in the server? You need to make sure that the memory in the server is actually compatible with the server and all DIMMs are the same speed (regardless of size).

Was the machine working prior to installing the 2nd processor?

Along the same lines, is the 2nd processor the same speed as the 1st?
