206 module problems?

I have a Partner II system with expansion unit that I recently purchased. The system powers up and all green lights come on. Plugging a 18D into any port does nothing. No power, no display, no tone. If they are removed and plugged in individually, same result. Are these all bad? Hard to believe! I must be doing something wrong.

Hi ScoTTel,
Try and install just one 206 and the processor. Try one 206 at at time. You could have a bad processor or carrier. Once you have the first carrier full going, you can try to get the expansion going.

Make sure you are using A 2 pair cord. If you are using a 1 pair cord you won't get anything as you described
