20544 unknow report , access is denied- Crystal Report 8

When a single report file (CR8.0)on the server is accessed by multiple users at the same time in order to print, then we get this 20544 error. Is there any fix for the same.
We have observed it both on an NT network and Novell network.
We use crystal activeX control from VB 6 for running the reports.
