2050pc license server

Morning All, Question we have cs1K with OCS r2 we use for click to call they can make calls from OCS that ring on their IP 1140 phone . but we are switching to office 365 . OCS goes away and we are thinking about using 2050pc softphone . but they want to do mass deployment and setup DHCP so all the customer has to do is enter node ID and TN .

has anyone done this with a 2050pc license server .

Yes problem you have is taloring the build i am not a software guy but understand a bit about the product. You can install the 2050 then alter the settings the way you need them for the deployment, export the settings then add that to the rollout so bundle the Application with the setup file and a script to install it. Or a manual process of the user just importing the file on first run. For the license server we went with the Nodal where you have so many licenses available and when they run out the next user can't register.
