Hello Team
Anyone knows what ports needed for soft-phone 2050 release 4.04.0217 ?
On same computer same network connecting to BCM50R6 from 2050 v2 everything is OK , have audio with no issues.
Connecting 2050 4.04.0217 soft-phone registers OK but there is no audio at all.
any ideas?
obviously release 4.0 uses other ports than the release 2.0 soft-phone.

thank you

Nikos

It should use the same ports that I know of.
Try all these:
7000-7002
28000-28255
51000-51200

In "settings" under "Sound Devices" have you picked the correct devices for Microphone & Speaker?

And "USB Headset" type further down?

Is one of those compatible with win 10?

I played with the 2050 softphone recently. It seems to lock up resources on my Win7 machine. It could be a problem with the version 2050 I was using, and it also could have been a problem with the USB headset driver. In any case, I've started promoting use of the FindMe/FollowMe (twinning) feature for BCMs that have PRI or SIP trunks. FMFM works well on my BCM50 R6 with SIP trunks.
