2050 Softphone Notification Issue 1

Background: Running version 4.3 SP1, and connected to a CS1000 5.5 system.

Everything works as expected, including the Caller ID on the softphone image itself. The problem is with the small notification screen that "pops" up -- it always has "Ringing NA" and "NONAME" listed, instead of any information about the incoming call.

This is the first 2050 that we are running on this system, and all other functionality is working perfectly (caller lists, corporate directory, etc) -- is there a way to remediate that notification box, or a way to turn it off?

There should be a 2050 settings configuration item to turn off the screen pop.

Thanks gwebster -- took a second look, and found that the screen pop can be turned off under 'Notifications' in the settings dialog (labelled 'Incoming Call Notification' - don't know how I managed to miss that! It appears in both the v3 and v4 versions, for anyone else's reference.
