2050 phones not able to acquire on the CC 6

Hi,
I configured some 2050PC phones on the system and tring to acquire on the cc6 but its gives error...whay could be the problem.
In SUPL have to do some changes?

make sure you check the symposium integration button on the 2050 configuration screen
