I have a BCM50 R3. I have 20 1200 series phones on my LAN and I am not having any quality issues with them. Now, having said that, I have 2 people also connected to my LAN locally and they are using their 2050 (R2) softphones on their laptops and they are complaining of bad quality on calls. My alarm log is showing the following:

I searched Nortels web site and found nothing. Any clues on how to make this better would be greatley appreciated.
